The location was perfect, close to all major attractions and the train station. The hotel facilities were clean and attractive. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being within walking distance of most places in the city. It was close to all major attractions and tourist spots, making it extremely convenient for exploring Florence. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and excellent quality bedding. The bathroom facilities were impressive, with a double shower and lovely toiletries provided. The vintage decor added a quirky and interesting touch to the room.
The room was serviced only once during our stay, which was a disappointment considering the price.

Moreover, the staff members go above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms, with vintage furniture, are tastefully decorated, and the ensuite bathrooms, even without a door, are convenient and clean. Additionally, the breakfast offered is a delightful start to the day, ensuring you have plenty of energy to enjoy all that Florence has to offer.

The bed was huge and the bedding was of excellent quality. The bathroom facilities were excellent with a double shower and lovely toiletries provided. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute or two from the city center and within walking distance of the train station. I also loved the quirky and interesting decor.
